Pallamary has been surveying real property since 1971. He is a founding member

My first foray along the international border between the United States and Mexico occurred nearly 30 years ago. When I opened my surveying business in 1981, I elected to focus my practice in the backcountry where the land was raw, the scenery unique and the survey work challenging.
It
identifies the contracting parties, describes the tasks to be performed and
establishes a framework for legal guidance. The contract is a basic element of
business, and its principal function is to provide clarity in the event of a
dispute.
