The Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI) is rebranding its Unmanned Systems Program Review. It will now be called Unmanned Systems Defense. This year's event will be Oct. 27 to 29 in Arlington, Va.

"AUVSI has served the defense industry for more than 40 years," says Brian Wynne, president and CEO of AUVSI. "Unmanned Systems Defense will honor that legacy and continue AUVSI's commitment to supporting the technological innovations in unmanned systems that will shape the future of national defense strategy."

The forum will attract leaders in all aspects of the unmanned defense community, from corporate representatives and government program managers to procurement decision makers and technology experts. Planned program topics include cross-domain interoperability, autonomous platforms testing and evaluation, technology and policy implications, and others that are critical to unmanned systems for defense applications.

Unmanned Systems Defense will be held at the Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City in Arlington. It will provide participants with three days of programing, information sharing and interaction. Each day will be dedicated to a specific unmanned systems domain — maritime, air and ground — and feature panel discussions, in-depth presentations and networking opportunities.
