Terri Morrison, author of the best-selling book, "Kiss, Bow or Shake Hands: The Best Selling Guide to Doing Business in More Than Sixty Countries," will provide the luncheon keynote address during the Geospatial & Engineering International Conference Nov. 13-14, at the Westin Hotel in Alexandria, Va.

With the conference theme of "Entering and Expanding Global Business Opportunities," sessions will focus on the ability of small to larger engineering and geospatial businesses to export their professional services outside the United States.

Conference sessions will feature organizations that finance, procure, coordinate, and manage geospatial and engineering projects outside the U.S. Officials from agencies and non-governmental organizations will discuss their programs, budgets, requirements and procurement procedures for geospatial and engineering services.  In addition, private sector professionals experienced in global business will share best practices and lessons learned.

Sessions will provide private sector companies that are new or exploring markets outside the U.S. with information on how to work globally, both with experienced firms and dealing with strategic planning, laws, culture, regulations, safety and insurance.
