ATLANTA --- Woolpert, a national geospatial, design and infrastructure management firm, announced Sam Moffat has joined the firm as a geospatial project director for the Southeast region.
Moffat joins Woolpert with nearly 20 years of experience in GIS program management and business development, helping clients leverage GIS data to drive business value and operational efficiencies. Moffat has played an integral role in many notable projects, such as the Tennessee Base Mapping Program and the Arkansas Statewide Orthophoto Program.

Moffat is a member of the Tennessee Geographic Information Council, currently holding the position of treasurer and sitting on the board of directors.
