Aerial Data Service Recertified as Disadvantaged Business Enterprise
Tulsa, Okla. – Aerial Data Service, Inc. (ADS) announced it was recently recertified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) by the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT). ADS also expects to receive reciprocal certification from numerous other states within the month and is self-certified as a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) through Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
ADS is a 100-percent woman-owned small business, and is certified through the Small Business Administration as an Historically Underutilized Business (HUBZone). It has been providing geospatial solutions since 1964, with offices in Tulsa and Austin, Texas. ADS provides aerial photography, surveying and mapping services, including mobile LiDAR, to hundreds of engineering firms and governmental agencies across the country. This DBE certification is an exciting opportunity for ADS and its clients. With it, ADS will be eligible to participate in and help fulfill minority participation goals in municipal, state and federally funded contracting work.
