“SDA’s corporate structure as an ESOP provides opportunities for employees to serve on its Board of Directors, if elected by the ESOP Trustees. This year, we welcome three new directors; Beth Coyle, Cheryl Gregory, PE, and Christopher Robbins, PE. Although we retain consistency with the existing four directors, having three new directors provides fresh ideas and will foster new growth opportunities,” said Benedettini.
