Graz, Austria — Suntac Technologies Co. has been selected by Imagemaps, the Microsoft partner for Asia Pacific and the Indian subcontinent, as a reseller for Ultracam photogrammetric products in Myanmar. Suntac Technologies is the largest geospatial company in Myanmar and provides a variety of solutions, system integration and engineering services. UltraCam customers in Myanmar will benefit from Suntac’s ability to provide after-sales technical support for the full suite of UltraCam products.

”Suntac Technologies has an excellent business network throughout Myanmar, particularly in the government sector where key accounts are located,” stated Sze Keong Lee, general manager, Imagemaps. “We look forward to Suntac building a solid foundation for Microsoft and assisting customers with the provision of the most suitable UltraCam products for their needs.”

Suntac has played an active role in a number of infrastructure development projects since 1999. As a Microsoft reseller, Suntac has access to technical solutions that can greatly contribute to progress throughout the country.

“Microsoft is very excited to have representation in Myanmar. Suntac has ideal experience in the industry and a first-rate knowledge base to support the local market,” said Alexander Wiechert, Microsoft business director. “We feel that the UltraCam product line will offer a great deal of value to everyone working on growth and development in this region.”
