The International Association of Forensic and Security Metrology’s (IAFSM) second annual international educational conference will be held Nov. 10-13 at the Catamaran Resort and Spa in San Diego. RIEGL will be exhibiting hardware and software solutions for attendees to explore at table 10.

Tan Nguyen, business development manager of RIEGL USA, will hold a pre-conference workshop on using RIEGL scanners and RiSOLVE. The workshop on Monday, Nov. 9 will cover topics including 3D laser scanning technology, the RIEGL VZ-400 terrestrial laser scanner, RiSOLVE point cloud registration software and scene reconstruction. Nguyen will also present the RIEGL technology update on Wednesday, Nov. 11, from 4 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Ananda Fowler, manager of TLS Software Development of RIEGL LMS, will be presenting "Pulse-based Laser Scanning and their Practical Applications" on Wednesday, Nov. 11, from 4:30 to 5 p.m.
