DRMP Inc., a leading civil engineering and surveying firm, has promoted Glenn J. Lusink, PSM; Mark D. Prochak, PE; and Mark E. Puckett, PE, to principal.
“These three professionals are real-life testimonials of what dedication, commitment, hard work and perseverance can achieve,” says DRMP President/CEO Wayne D. Chalifoux, PE. “More importantly, each of them exhibits the character and tenacity to work for the greater good of DRMP including our staff and clients.”
Joining DRMP in 1984 as a survey crew member, Lusink has been vital to the expansion of the firm’s survey and mapping/geomatics business and subsurface utility engineering (SUE) services. He will continue to lead both the survey and mapping/geomatics group and the SUE division in his new role as principal with a three-fold vision for the firm “to continue growth in the geomatics/civil engineering industry through innovation, technology and mentoring the firm’s future leaders.”
As principal, Prochak will be heading the firm’s transportation division and regional engineering offices. He has managed major limited-access and highway design projects since his start as a senior project manager in 2001. Additionally, he’s managed successful design-build projects and pursuits. In his new position as principal, Prochak envisions continued growth in the division’s regional engineering offices by “providing strong mentorship and quality engineering solutions.”
Starting in 1999 as the sole, full-time construction engineering inspection (CEI) employee, Puckett led the growth of DRMP’s CEI division. As principal, he will focus on the overall growth of the CEI division and manage the firm’s quality assurance program with a vision “centered on the firm’s strategic growth while instituting a quality level of service that is measurable companywide.”
