Hawley comes to JMP&A from a background in association management, where she is experienced in communications, social media and marketing endeavors. She also brings several years of experience as a reporter for local print media, having worked for The Hill newspaper, GovConExec magazine, the Kansas City Star and Baltimore Examiner. While working at ANCOR, the American Network of Community Options and Resource, a national, nonprofit trade association representing more than 800 private community providers of services to people with disabilities, she grew the organization's social media presence by 25%.

Ms. Hawley succeeds Nick Palatiello, who has taken a position as marketing specialist at Barr Engineering, Inc., in Minneapolis, MN.
