The Texas Society of Professional Surveyors swore in Shane Neally as its new president at the organization’s annual convention on Oct. 30-Nov. 2 in Arlington, Texas.
Neally, RPLS, a resident of Bullard, Texas, is a partner and vice president of Stanger Surveying Tyler, LLC. He has 23 years of experience in surveying.

Neally has served TSPS on both the local and state levels. He won the TSPS Chapter President of the Year award in 2004 and the Young Surveyor of the Year award in 2010.
Other officers installed at the TSPS convention were Jim Gillis (president-elect); Paul Carey (vice president); and Al Hargraves (secretary-treasurer). John Barnard, Don King, David Klotz and Richard Worthey were selected as state directors.
