ATLANTA --- Woolpert, a national geospatial, design and infrastructure management firm, announced Sam Moffat has joined the firm as a geospatial project director for the Southeast region.

and operational efficiencies. Moffat has played an integral role in many
notable projects, such as the Tennessee Base Mapping Program and the Arkansas
Statewide Orthophoto Program.
