DENVER – Woolpert, a design,
geospatial and infrastructure management consulting firm headquartered in Dayton, Ohio, announced
that Gil Neumann, former Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) planner, has
joined the firm’s Denver
office as a project director.
Neumann joins the firm with nearly 20 years of airport
planning and transportation experience, most recently in the role of senior
airport planner within the FAA’s Office of Airport Planning and Programming. In
this role, Neumann was responsible for implementing the FAA’s Airports GIS
(AGIS) program in conjunction with the Airport Engineering Division, FAA
Regions and Airport District Offices and the Air Traffic Organization’s Office
of Aeronautical Information Management. Neumann’s experience also includes
working with FAA personnel nationwide to construct requirements for the
electronic Airport Layout Plan (eALP) module.
