UniversalPegasus International, Inc., announces that John M. Jameson has been named Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Jameson succeeds Jerry Mayfield who will assume the role of Executive Chairman.

– UniversalPegasus International, Inc., announces that John M. Jameson has been
named Chief Executive Officer. Mr.
Jameson succeeds Jerry Mayfield who will assume the role of Executive Chairman.
“We conducted an
extensive search to identify our next Chief Executive Officer and are confident
that under the leadership of John Jameson we will continue in our goal of
building a world-class energy services firm serving the offshore, onshore and
power sectors,” Mr. Mayfield said.
Mr. Jameson has more than 28 years of experience in the
oil and gas industry in the United States
and Canada. His experience includes field engineering,
sales, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining UniversalPegasus
International, Mr. Jameson held executive leadership roles at two of the
world’s largest oilfield services companies - most recently leading a group
with $3 billion in annual revenue.
Mr. Jameson is a registered Professional Engineer with a
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of
Technology in Atlanta, Georgia, and a Masters in Business
Administration from Centenary College in Shreveport,
Louisiana.
