HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – HDI, the world's largest IT service and support membership association and the industry's certification and training body, has once again awarded the Intergraph IT Solutions Center with its HDI Support Center Certification. This is the fourth consecutive HDI Certification awarded to the Intergraph Solutions Center. Intergraph successfully underwent a thorough onsite audit of its Solutions Center Help Desk to verify its compliance to the HDI Support Center Certification Standard in order to achieve this prestigious designation.

For more than 30 years, the Intergraph Solutions Center has provided IT system support including help desk and deskside support to commercial and government clients.  The Solutions Center currently serves more than 40 commercial, federal, state and local government clients and in 2009 addressed in excess of 250,000 client issues while maintaining an overall customer satisfaction rating of 96 percent.

“Achieving HDI Support Center Certification is proof of Intergraph’s dedication to quality operations, continuous improvement, strategic vision, a positive work environment, and high levels of customer service, and we are delighted to award this certification to the Intergraph Solutions Center,” stated Pat Albright, manager, Support Center Certification and Assessment, HDI.

“Intergraph clearly exemplifies excellence in all of the core areas on which the HDI Support Center Certification program focuses – leadership, policy and strategy, people management, resources, process and procedure, people satisfaction, customer satisfaction and performance results,” stated Rick Joslin, executive director, Training and Certification, HDI.

“Intergraph is focused on strategic industry leadership and quality support for our products and services,” said Brig. Gen. Jack Pellicci, U.S. Army (Ret.), general manager of the Intergraph Federal, Security and Intelligence business unit. “Intergraph's Solutions Center is a top IT solutions provider in commercial, federal and state markets.  The designation of HDI Support Center Certification for our Solutions Center underscores our commitment to helping clients achieve their goals through the intelligent deployment of IT best practices.”
