At one time, Chaska boasted two breweries and a race track.
Chanhassen was known as St. Hubertus and all its streets were named after saints.And Carver was a land speculator’s dream, with space reserved for a courthouse and a street plan that gave St. Paul a run for its money.
Maps tell all these historical tales.
Many use maps as a tool to get from Point A to Point B in space. However historians are now using maps to take us from Point A to Point B in time.
