Carlson Software, Maysville, Ky., formed a Civil Engineering Divisionand namedHarry O. Ward, PE, as the head. The new division incorporates Carlson’s civil software development team and a specialized sales force throughout the United States and abroad. Ward also serves as director of the Training Division of Carlson College and has more than 20 years of experience in applying CAD within the civil engineering and surveying industry. Rowe Incorporated, Flint, Mich., acquired Carolina Aerial Surveys LLC, Myrtle Beach, S.C. The new office operates under the name ofRowe Professional Service Companies of Carolinaand is expanded to provide a full complement of professional consulting services.
