RBF Consulting (RBF), Phoenix, appointedBruce P. Larson, PE, as senior vice president and regional manager of the firm’s Arizona offices in Phoenix and Tucson. Larson has more than 20 years of experience and is responsible for supervising and directing the development of engineering, planning and surveying projects throughout Arizona. RBF also promoted Trinka Burdick to senior vice president of human resources and Barbara Eljenholm to senior vice president of corporate affairs.
