Aero-Metric will use the second camera to expand its existing digital photogrammetric production projects and provide shorter and higher-quality image production cycles, as the organization moves to a fully soft-copy production line. As a result, Aero-Metric's customers will more quickly receive high-quality data that offers true natural color and accurate stereo imagery.
"Our first Intergraph Z/I Imaging DMC allowed us to capture digital frame imagery simultaneously in all bands," said Patrick Olson, Senior Vice-President of Aero-Metric. "With this second DMC, we are able to increase our capacity to deliver superior image quality, providing our industrial customers and federal, state and local government agencies with unmatched image precision and resolution."
"Aero-Metric's success with its digital imagery production reflects the Intergraph DMC's strength and flexibility in providing unmatched image quality, clarity and resolution," noted Ben Eazzetta, president of Intergraph Security, Government & Infrastructure. "By acquiring a second camera, the company adds to the growing demand for high-quality, digital sensors for full digital end-to-end production workflows."
