The Air Force Research Laboratory, Rome Research Site (AFRL Rome), has a requirement for research and development in Demonstration Support. The effort will include: Providing specialized support, e.g., geodetic surveying support, welding, structural ironwork, rigging and operation of heavy construction equipment. It will also include: Planning and conducting the infusion and integration of hardware and software equipment and instrumentation into technology experiments, demonstrations, evaluation programs and field exercises; designing and developing hardware, equipment, instrumentation and measurement procedures; maintaining, modifying, upgrading, and operating equipment, hardware, instrumentation, and LANs/WANs; developing test plan documentation; analyzing, evaluating, and documenting technical data; providing software development, maintenance, and upgrades; providing technical project planning and coordination; preparing and presenting formal and informal briefings; attending technical meetings and more.
