Autodesk University and GIS User Conference Explore Technology

Autodesk, Inc. convened Autodesk University and the GIS User Conference on Nov. 27, 2001. Autodesk University brought the company’s community of customers and partners together for a look at design technology that helps customers solve industry-specific problems and increase productivity. Throughout the week, conference attendees and Autodesk leaders met to share best practices and discuss technology trends and issues. More than 200 classes were taught by industry experts, attendees participated in hands-on labs and more than 60 exhibitors displayed at the Autodesk University Exhibit Hall. The GIS User conference offered attendees more than 45 sessions addressing their specific needs in mapping, civil engineering and infrastructure management.
