NovaLIS Technologies Releases Land Development Office 8.1
NovaLIS Technologies released Land Development Office (LDO) version 8.1. Land Development Office is a scalable solution that enables land records organizations to ensure the consistent application of regulations, increase staff productivity, and improve customer service. Land Development Office automates government workflow practices such as permitting, code compliance, licensing, planning, and project tracking. It links all land development data across departments. Integration with third party software such as ESRI’s ArcView 8.1 and ArcSDE 8.1, report generating tools, and billing systems create a seamless environment for growth management. Customization can be initiated by users, business partners or NovaLIS and provides for easy changing of screen layouts, reports, business workflows, and data models. LDO gives users the option to control their environment without complete reliance on the vendor. This version of LDO is Web-enabled to further facilitate the sharing and flow of information. Using LDO’s Web interface, jurisdictions can provide online services to citizens and developers. LDO’s Web interface also enables all LDO functions to be used in an application service provider (ASP) mode.
