ASME Expands Learning Opportunities
The American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME International) announced that the University of Wisconsin has joined the ASME Virtual Campus. The Virtual Campus is a web based learning center that offers graduate-level engineering, technical and business courses.
The University of Wisconsin-Madison is offering a Master of Engineering in Professional Practice (MEPP) degree online. Requirements for MEPP include a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a minimum of four years of engineering experience and a minimum grade point average of 3.0. Applications will be accepted from Nov. 1, 2001 through March 30, 2002. The course has a capacity of 30 students.
