Eagle Point announced the addition of nearly a dozen new strategic and technical employees as the company continues to improve its relationships with clients.
By virtue of working directly with thousands of land development organizations on technology implementation issues every day, Eagle Point possesses the expertise necessary to help their clients excel with technology. Their current expansion moves are substantive steps to improve their ability to deliver that expertise to the industry.
To that end, Eagle Point announced the addition of Damon Seys, Tina Krugler, E.I.T., Sharon Westphalen, Phil Heikkila, Carrie Lohrmann, E.I.T., and Lisa Bowers to its technical staff. In addition, the company has hired Laura Howard as its Corporate Training Manager and has added Norm Skinner, Jeff Krueger, and Dan Woodruff as Regional Strategic Account Representatives.

Norm Skinner, Regional Strategic Account Representative, Ohio River Valley Region Norm brings to Eagle Point over 25 years of diverse industry experience including 15 years as Vice President and General Manager of a highly successful laser and survey instrument dealership, and 3 years experience as a Branch Manager for Spectra Precision. Norm also held positions as a Senior Sales Engineer and Consultant - integrating software, GPS, GIS, robotics, data collection and 3-D positioning technologies into the surveying, engineering and construction marketplace.
Phil Heikkila, Regional Strategic Technical Services Representative, Ohio River Valley Region Phil has a degree in Landscape Architecture and has worked on numerous landscaping and civil projects over the years. He also spent several years as in a position very similar to his new one with Intergraph where he traveled in the Ohio River Valley region, assessing technical needs, proposing technical solutions and providing implementation and education services to his clients.
Jeff Krueger, Regional Strategic Account Representative, Upper Midwest Region Jeff brings more than 15 years of building strong client relationships, eight of those years in the land development industry. His knowledge of technology and the dynamics involved in successfully implementing technology serves his clients well. Jeff is very passionate about and dedicated to working closely with his clients to help them meet their goals. Prior to joining Eagle Point, Jeff represented Cartegraph Systems, a GIS systems developer as their Dealer Relations Manager.
Dan Woodruff, Regional Strategic Account Representative, Southeastern Region Dan brings a diverse background to Eagle Point, including the last 11 years as a Major Account Executive at Intergraph Corporation. Dan has experience working with Fortune 100 companies and building relationships and finding solutions to their AEC, Land Development, and Process and Building solution needs.
Tina Krugler, E.I.T., Technical Services Representative, Western Region Tina is working with clients in Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, and the Dakotas. She earned a BS degree in Civil Engineering in 1996 and has gained extensive practical experience in the industry before joining Eagle Point.
Damon Seys, Technical Services Representative, Central Region Damon, who is working with Eagle Point clients in Texas and Oklahoma, is currently working on a Master's degree after earning an Associates degree in CADD and a BS degree in Business Administration with a focus on Engineering Management. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
Sharon Westphalen, Technical Services Representative, Eastern Region Sharon, who works with clients in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut, earned a bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture and worked for a private landscape architecture firm before joining Eagle Point. She is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA).
Carrie Lohrmann, E.I.T., Technical Services Representative, Eastern Region Carrie has rejoined Eagle Point as the newest member of the Eastern Region Relationship-Building Team, working with clients in New York and New Jersey. Carrie previously worked at Eagle Point from January 2000 to July 2001 when she took a one-year hiatus to live in Nuremburg, Germany. Carrie received her Civil Engineering degree from Valparaiso University and spent 1½ years at DLZ Corporation.
Lisa Bowers, Corporate Technical Trainer Lisa has joined Eagle Point in an internal technical support role. A recent graduate with a degree in Education, she will be responsible for providing training and technical support to Eagle Point employees.
Laura Howard, Corporate Training Manager Laura brings seven years of organizational development experience to Eagle Point and is responsible for employee learning, leadership development and performance improvement activities within the organization. She is also responsible for creating and maintaining the Professional Development Institute, a corporate university dedicated to ensuring organizational success through learning.
