Internships will be offered initially in Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland, and the United States, with additional opportunities in a later phase of the program. For a minimum of 20 weeks, students will prepare data and project documentation, construct and execute software demos, offer basic technical support for GeoMedia, and help organize technical exhibitions. Knowledge and basic skill requirements include:
- English skills, both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of a GIS software, including GIS and mapping principles and workflow
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Understanding of simple DBMS systems and related Microsoft SQL
