McGraw-Hill Construction will serve as the official show sponsor of the annual tradeshow and conference.

Hanley-Wood Exhibitions, owner and producer of A|E|C SYSTEMS-Technology For Design & Construction, announced it has reached an agreement with McGraw-Hill Construction to serve as the official show sponsor of the annual tradeshow and conference to be held February 18-19, 2004, with the conference program beginning one day prior to the start of the show.

As the official show sponsor, McGraw-Hill Construction, which connects people, projects and products across the design and construction industry, will publish the Program & Event Guide to be distributed on-site during the show. In addition, McGraw-Hill Construction will provide their industry expertise to assist show management with communication and industry information through two of their industry-leading publications, Engineering News-Record (ENR) and Architectural Record.

ENR is the engineering industry's most respected, most award-winning, most talked about publication, providing the global construction industry with the most comprehensive industry intelligence.

Architectural Record is a worldwide leader in the architectural marketplace for presenting insights and practical solutions for current challenges in the design, building construction and business practices.

"As the authoritative industry resources, ENR and Architectural Record are a great match with A|E|C SYSTEMS-Technology For Design & Construction," said Rick McConnell, Senior Show Director. "These publications have a combined 239 year track record as the industry's definitive news source, maintaining a high standard of editorial excellence while also introducing new products and techniques to professionals."

"It is a great honor to work with Hanley-Wood Exhibitions as they relaunch this show," said James H. McGraw, IV, McGraw-Hill Construction's Group Publisher. "We are confident that our relationship will be a good fit, and look forward to working with them."

The partnership also enables the editorial staff from McGraw-Hill Construction to provide input on the direction and content of the show's multi-track, solutions-driven educational conference curriculum.

"This agreement will help to strengthen our tradeshow and conference and serve to emphasize our commitment to the industry," said Paul Samargedlis, Manager of Business Development. "We are excited to have McGraw-Hill Construction's expertise as part of the show. The partnership should result in providing an unsurpassed industry event for our exhibitors and attendees as our show moves forward."

Held at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida USA, the show will be held side-by-side with World of Concrete, also owned and produced by Hanley-Wood Exhibitions, which serves the concrete construction marketplace, including public works, architectural, engineering, design and government agency.
