Menashe Broder, CEO of ImageSat International N.V., announced the promotions of two of the Company’s executives today.
Mr. Ori Ben-Amotz was promoted to Senior Vice President and CFO from Vice President and CFO, a post which he has held since he joined ImageSat International in January 2001.
Mr. Ben-Amotz joined the Company after a 14-year international career with Motorola Inc., in the semiconductor sector and corporate posts. Prior to joining ImageSat, Mr. Ben-Amotz served as Managing Director, Motorola Ventures Israel and led investments in Israeli High-Tech start-up companies for Motorola Inc.
Mr. Dave Krueger was promoted to Senior Vice President Business Development from Vice President Business Development, a post he assumed in January 2002, following a consulting relationship with the Company in 2001.
Mr. Krueger has 20 years of experience in satellite systems development. Mr. Krueger is also the managing partner of Cobalt Analytics, a consultancy serving leading satellite telecommunications and remote-sensing companies. Mr. Krueger spent six years as a senior manager at Motorola’s Satellite Communications Group assisting in the delivery of the IRIDIUM program. Before joining Motorola, Mr. Krueger worked for the National Reconnaissance Office, where he managed several classified satellite programs and research projects.
