Agreements signed with Webmap, Sanborn and Autodesk Inc.

Kodak Makes Agreement With Webmap
Eastman Kodak Company’s Commercial and Government Systems (C&GS) unit, Rochester, N.Y., signed an online distribution agreement with Webmap, a leading provider of Australian Earth imagery products and services, to market and sell their high-resolution aerial imagery of Australia through Kodak’s aerial imaging website. This agreement expands Kodak’s online aerial image offering making it one of the largest databases of high-resolution aerial imagery.

Under the terms of the agreement, Kodak will have Internet sales rights worldwide for Webmap’s complete national data set of Australia. Customers can access the data set directly through Kodak (www.kodak.com/go/earthimaging) or through Webmap (http://www.webmap.com.au/). The data set features major metropolitan areas in Australia including Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.

All of the Webmap Australian imagery was captured on Kodak aerial films, including the new Kodak Aerocolor III Negative Film 2444.

This agreement is Kodak’s most recent contribution to infoimaging – a $225 billion industry created by the convergence of images and information technology. Three markets characterize the infoimaging industry: devices, infrastructure, and services and media, such as Kodak aerial imagery.

Kodak Signs Agreement with Sanborn
Eastman Kodak Company’s Commercial and Government Systems (C&GS) unit also signed an agreement with The Sanborn Map Company, Inc. to act as a value added reseller of Kodak Citipix aerial imagery. Sanborn offers comprehensive GIS and photogrammetric mapping services to local, state, and federal governments and the private sector. This agreement expands the availability of Kodak Citipix imagery, one of the largest databases of high-resolution aerial imagery in the world.

Under the terms of the agreement, Sanborn will market and sell Kodak Citipix aerial imagery and have rights to develop derivative products from the imagery. Currently, Citipix imagery includes over 60 Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSA) in the US. Citipix imagery is available as orthorectified digital mosaic images at both six-inch and 12-inch ground resolution. Print formats include 10 x 10, 20 x 2 4, 40 x 42” color and black-and-white Kodak prints. The imagery meets NMAS 1200 spec for accuracy.

Kodak Signs On With Autodesk
Eastman Kodak Company’s Commercial and Government Systems (C&GS) unit also signed an agreement to make available their imagery through Autodesk, Inc.’s personal customer website, Point A. This agreement expands the availability of Kodak’s online earth image offering, one of the largest databases of high-resolution aerial imagery, to the Autodesk Point A website to improve Autodesk customers’ efficiency by streamlining their work processes and providing access to materials that serve as the foundation for their design work.

Under the terms of the agreement, Autodesk Point A members Kodak’s online earth image offering through Autodesk Point A, (http://pointA.autodesk.com). The Autodesk Point A website serves as a personal, global access point to Autodesk services and information on the Internet, and offers exclusive access to design features and resources. The site extends the functionality of Autodesk software to the Internet, offering additional features such as customized home pages and newsletters, tips and techniques, and third-party data and resources.
