UCLID Software added a user profile from Ross County, OH to its website this week. Ross County is one of five counties to receive software grants from UCLID as part of the 2004 UCLID Government Grant Program. After trying software that was hard to use and had disappointing training programs, Ross County was exceptionally pleased with IcoMap and the training provided by UCLID. Ross County qualified for a seat of IcoMap for ArcGIS as part of the 2004 UCLID Government Grant Program. IcoMap is a parcel-mapping extension that greatly reduces mapping time. Organizations that work with scanned documents find IcoMap for ArcGIS especially helpful because of its scan conversion tools. IcoMap is popular with fast-growing counties who need an easy way to stay on top of parcel edits.
