Jeffery Garcia has joined Carter & Burgess as a senior survey technician for the Survey Unit in Sacramento, Calif.

Garcia has 18 years of experience in surveying, including construction staking, preparing legal descriptions, boundary work, topography and mapping. His specialty is boundary resolution.
