Garcia has 18 years of experience in surveying, including construction staking, preparing legal descriptions, boundary work, topography and mapping. His specialty is boundary resolution.
He has performed civil design/drafting for subdivisions, streets and utilities, facilities, and parking lots. In addition to experience as a surveyor, Garcia has a broad education in the field. He studied in the land surveying course at Lampson Business College in Tempe, Ariz. Later, he studied land surveying law, BLM cadastral surveying, and civil, construction and environmental engineering at Oregon State University. He also studied Geodesy and Global Positioning System applications at the Oregon Institute of Technology.
