@Road's GeoManager integrates wireless communications, location technologies (such as GPS), hosted software applications, transaction processing and the Internet to help companies better manage mobile workers and resources right from a desktop PC, or using any telephone.

Frost & Sullivan named @Road GeoManager, the turnkey mobile resource management solution from @Road, as the 2004 Mobile Communications Product of the Year at the Excellence in Information and Communications Technologies Awards Banquet. @Road's GeoManager, designed on the @Road LocationSmart technology platform, integrates wireless communications, location technologies (such as GPS), hosted software applications, transaction processing and the Internet to help companies better manage mobile workers, resources and assets right from a desktop PC, or using any telephone. The GeoManager service provides detailed location, dispatch, event confirmation, signature verification and form processing tools to customers, and can deliver highly customized reports, maps, messaging and other productivity tools to managers of mobile workers and assets. In addition, the service enables direct connection to customer legacy applications and enables two-way messaging between customers and mobile workers. With MRM expected to transition from a competitive advantage to a competitive necessity for many businesses with mobile workforces, GeoManager has seen a surge in adoption by a variety of enterprises in the telecommunications, field service, construction, facilities/waste management, transportation, delivery, security, utility, logistics and security industries.

Held in Scottsdale, Ariz., the Frost & Sullivan banquet honored world-class companies for their outstanding performance and achievements in the information and communication technology industry. An annual event, the banquet recognizes the quality and merit of distinguished individuals and companies.
