Atwell Hicks, a 100-year-old award-winning development consulting firm, named five new partners. Robert G. Macomber, CEO, made the announcement.
The new partners are: Robert W. Beaugrand, American Institute of Certified Planners and Cleveland's team leader of residential services group. Beaugrand initially joined Atwell-Hicks as Project Development Manager in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Land Use Planning from Eastern Michigan University and is a member of the American Planning Association, the Ohio planning Conference, the Michigan Society of Planning and the Urban Land Institute;
