Topcon welcomes Joel Frost as a regional sales manager. Topcon is constantly developing new technologies and products with advanced features for land survey applications. To serve the customer better, corporate sales managers work directly with dealers to develop superior service and support programs. Frost will be working closely with Topcon dealers in the central states from Minnesota to Florida. Prior to accepting this new position, Frost served as survey division president for Positioning Solutions Company--one of Topcon's Top 10 dealers. In this capacity, he was responsible for the daily operation of four stores and seven sales representatives. He has demonstrated an ability to understand the customer's needs and provide a perfect product solution throughout his career. Frost's comprehensive twenty-five year history in supplying precision instruments to land surveyors and engineers makes him ideally suited to this position of sales leadership Topcon is constantly developing new products that provide targeted solutions to the specific needs of customers. Frost intends to use his technical knowledge and business experience to assist the dealers in his region with supplying, supporting, and servicing these advanced products.
