The US Army Corps of Engineers is requesting proposals for a contracted study to determine whether aerial/satellite imaging, mapping, and interpretive services can produce data products which accurately characterize out-of-stream water withdrawals occurring at the Yamhill River basin, Oregon. Services which may be used to complete this study could include any of the following: aerial/satellite image collection, ground surveys and field reconnaissance, photogrammetric mapping, interpretation services, GIS development, data product output, and consultation. An awarded contractor may sub-contract very specialized services required to complete the work (i.e. flying services). Contact Elizabeth A.
