Autodesk InfraWorks 2020.1, released in September 2019, offers a new user interface with improved keyboard shortcuts that aligns with the AEC Collection, and added functionality, including the ability to publish InfraWorks features to ArcGIS.  InfraWorks is known for its 3D infrastructure design tools that improve visualization and collaboration to create roads, bridges, drainage, utilities, buildings, etc.

New functionality includes using the Reimport command to update alignments and profiles that you have brought into InfraWorks from Autodesk Civil 3D.  This improvement allows bridge designers to retrieve road alignment updates from Civil 3D.  There is also an updated Model Builder model creation workflow to allow all users to choose whether to store their models locally or in BIM 360.

InfraWorks, as part of the AEC collection, now supports standard Autodesk Network Licenses, which allows for multi-user licensing.  At install time users will be able to select a network license server location or a single user license from the new license manager.
