Hancock Associates Hires 30-Year Land Surveying Veteran
The University of Massachusetts Amherst graduate says he plans to provide strong team leadership
Hancock Associates, a provider of land surveying, civil engineering and wetland science services, has hired Philip Pattison as senior project manager in the firm’s land surveying department.
“I joined Hancock Associates because their reputation is unmatched in the industry,” Pattison says. “I look forward to being part of their continued success by furthering land surveying best practices, making sure quality assurance goals are met and providing strong team leadership.”
Pattison has more 30 years of experience in land surveying with projects ranging from existing conditions/topography, construction, land boundary, ALTA/NSPS land title and highway surveys to research of public land title and utility records.
Prior to joining Hancock Associates, Pattison was a survey manager, survey technician, survey technician/party chief and project engineer/surveyor at several prominent firms.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He has completed OSHA 10-hour training and is a land surveyor in training (#311). He lives in Salem, Mass.
