Devon Humphrey has specialized in emerging technologies for GIS since 1990, including the incorporation of GPS as a mapping tool, the acquisition of geospatial imagery and realtime weather data for GIS. As system architect, he served as GIO and GIS unit leader for the Deepwater Horizon oil spill Incident Command Post in 2010. Most recently, he launched a venture called Flightline Geographics, which provides aerial visual intelligence consulting and content for GIS.
