At the Nov. 9 meeting of the National Space-Based Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Advisory Board, Javad Ashjaee, founder of Javad GNSS Inc., will present technical details and test results that he said proves the current plan of LightSquared can coexist with GPS. He will also have hardware available at the event. “I will further show that LightSquared can provide major enhancement to GPS and to the way we do RTK today,” he said.
PNT meetings are generally open to the public, in accordance with the Government in the Sunshine Act. Ashjaee is encouraging interested individuals to attend and ask questions. The meeting is being held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 901 North Fairfax St., Alexandria, Va.
