UniversalPegasus International becomes major shareholder in Integrated Pipeline Projects

HOUSTON, May 20, 2010 – UniversalPegasus International has become the major shareholder in Integrated Pipeline Projects (IPP), which is located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.  IPP will continue to be led by IPP Managers Tony Griffin, Ron Curle and Dave Julian.  The company is a Canadian pipeline engineering and project management firm which specializes in the execution of complex multi-disciplined pipeline projects with broad experience in oil and gas transmission pipelines, projects through difficult terrain, and permafrost.  IPP personnel have been involved in the pipeline industry within North America and internationally for more than 35 years.
