But I still have to ask. I am using Topcon Hiper Lites plus with Glonass. When doing a survey were there are no close by known SPC values (x and y), can you just assume a base point and start collecting RTK data? Wanting to use for boundaries and sectional work. I have heard that you have to post process if I want WGS 84 lat an long. If I just want to assume 5000,5000 on a point, can this be done? What procedure do you typically use? I would really like to be on real world coordinates.
