Macon.com: About four months after Terry Scarborough submitted a survey of the disputed Bibb-Monroe county line, Bibb County has not paid him for his work.

Scarborough, a Warner Robins surveyor, now is demanding immediate payment of the $173,090 bill, along with $23,078 in interest.
