Here we go, assuming all pts are on solid.(which they are). PT A is verified at the correct location using pt b and c. PT D was established from pt A, shot numerous times over the last year, all with the same results as far as location. Now setting up to verify before extending control, We find that PT D has moved .05 North. In to A. (important to note is that pt b and c are 90deg from A and 250deg from A. Now the solution is that pt D moved. Here's the curveball, all pts except b and c are in concrete on the same slab seperated by expansion of .15 for a middle isolation slab. D is 270deg from A at 300.0.
