Okay... I know this shouldn't really be a big question... but this is a bit of a disagreement I'm having with someone...

Say you are doing a survey of a city block. The only corners recovered were pk's set in conjunction with an unrecorded boundary survey by another firm.

The block is comprised of several dozen tracts which were eventually all bought up by the state.

There's old, granite curb on both sides of the roads surrounding the block. All your deeds make reference to being x number of feet from the "technical centerline" of one or more of these roads.

Question is... which evidence is stronger, the pk's or the technical centerline.
