Opinions please! Table Format for a boundary desc

This is really not a big deal, but I guess you could say it's a pet peave of mine. Having the boundary description from a subdivision plat layed out in a table format, you may as well just label each course L1 L2 etc and have the boundary descriptions in a line/curve table.

I think it's lazy and sloppy if you can't write a legal description for your project, he1!, there may even be a need for some (Heaven forbid) Call's in it.

Maybe this is just a local thing? I think in Utah County a long time ago someone decided to create a standard subdivision plat example and it has the table format on it for where the legal goes.

Am I asking too much to have an actual legal description, or do I need to find another hobby? :) lol
