PCI Geomatics released Geomatica 10 for Linux and Solaris users. The latest version of the company's image-centric geospatial software emphasizes automation, productivity and support for more than 100 geospatial data formats. New features and enhancements include enhanced charting and new atmospheric correction algorithms for hyperspectral data. Advancements in photogrammetry include automatic ground control point collection, automated ortho-mosaic workflows, and enhanced exterior orientation reporting and editing functionality for even greater accuracy and efficiency.
