Space Imaging and Veridian released an image base product that uses the National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA) Controlled Image Base format specifications.

Space Imaging and Veridian announced the release of an image base product that uses the National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA) Controlled Image Base format specifications. The image base product uses unclassified, one-meter resolution commercial satellite imagery as a source for data and is available to government customers who require CIB formats. It is a contiguous, digital database of orthorectified, grayscale imagery, developed in one, two, five and 10-meter resolution. (Space Imaging, Denver, Colo.) (Verdian, Jersey City, N.J.)
