Morris P. Hebert Inc. Logs 1 Million Man-hours Without Lost Time Injury 1.19.04

To accompany this announcement, MPH unveiled its new Behavioral-Based Safety System (BBS), "P.R.I.D.E." (Performance Reduces Incidents & Develops Excellence).

Morris P. Hebert Inc., a surveying and engineering firm based in Houma, La., recently completed 1,000,000 man-hours with out a lost time injury. The one million man-hours covered a span of 5 years, averaging 75 employees.

MPH also utilized this event to unveil its new Behavioral-Based Safety System (BBS), "P.R.I.D.E." (Performance Reduces Incidents & Develops Excellence). This program is designed to enhance existing efforts and create a truly proactive safety culture.
