BricsCad announced the official release of BricsCad V6 for Linux, the powerful, stable professional CAD product for Linux based on the DWG industry standard. As of today, BricsCad V6 for Linux is supported on RedHat 9 and Fedora Core 1, 2 and 3. Support on Suse and Mandrake will follow shortly.

As a result, BricsCad V6, a "near-clone of AutoCAD," is now available both on Windows and on Linux platforms.
