January 21, 2003
The Geospatial Information & Technology Association (GITA) announced that it will be introducing 15 completely redesigned half-day seminars at its Annual Conference 26, slated for March 2-5, 2003 in San Antonio, Texas.

Conference Chair Susan Powell, Miner & Miner, said, "The GITA Annual Conference Committee wanted to redesign as well as create in-depth seminars that reflected a focus on progressive learning. The new seminars allow attendees to choose from three specific industry driversBusiness, Technology, and Subject Matter. No matter what their level of interest, participants will find that the new seminars represent a fresh, unique approach to the transfer of knowledge."

In addition to the seminars, the conference will feature 88 technical sessions divided into 13 tracks, panel discussions hosted by industry leaders, and one of the industry's most extensive products and services exhibitions. There are also user forums, networking socials, a career board, geospatial solution providers demonstrating the latest technology, and much more.
